Word to the wise: Stay away from Carl's Jr. in the Civic Center. This is one of he dirtiest fast food location I have ever seen, and I have never even been inside. It is a good idea to thoroughly evaluate any fast food chain before you decide to eat there. Remember you are San Francisco, and not everything is safe.
